CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Completion of the first section of roof slab formed and poured on the Swaines Creek building northern section. Internal partition framing for the units is now being installed, block walls and fire rated Hebel walls are going in on the lower floors following the stripping out of the formwork. The team have just completed the second suspended slab on the southern Coolaroo Building.

Work on the club building is also progressing well, with the level 3 slab now formed and ready to be poured. The Club’s structural – and unusually shaped steel roof is being fabricated ready for installation in the new year.

The crushed rock is stockpiled and ready to be recycled on the golf course, with work planned to start on the golf course early next year after completion of final design works.

The contemporary retirement residences will be the cornerstone of the multi-dimensional precinct here at Newgreens Chatswood. When complete, golf club members, residents and the local community will enjoy the benefits of unrivalled golf course facilities, and a wealth of dining, entertainment and recreation spaces to enjoy.

More than half of the residences are pre-sold, but there are still opportunities for retirees and downsizers to visit our display suite and consider a tree change to Sydney’s leafy lower north shore.
