NEWGREENS CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

The demolition of the existing structures on the site has been completed, and we are now nearing the completion of bulk excavation. This significant milestone marks the start of the vertical construction phase of the project, with in-ground services set to commence as early as next week, which will help to facilitate the ongoing construction work.

Furthermore, the rock and soil removed from the site will be repurposed for the Golf course remodelling. This approach is in line with our commitment to sustainability and responsible resource management.

The team has worked diligently to ensure the safety of everyone involved to minimize any disruption to surrounding areas.
