NEWGREENS CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

While this is the beginning of the Newgreens Chatswood story, when complete, the precinct will provide outstanding amenities, a re-imagined 12-hole golf course, and luxury residences to Sydney’s lower north shore.

Watermark Residences at Newgreens Chatswood will cater to those that want more out of life, and who expect that lifestyle to deliver for decades to come through environments and programs that anticipate the wants of active and driven retirees.

We are a step closer to realising this vision with all demolition and site clearing works now complete. This involved the demolition of the old clubhouse, car park and ancillary buildings.

All contaminated material has been removed and signed off by the Environmental Auditor.

The WW2 cannon and other important artefacts have been safely stored for future re-instatement.

The construction of a temporary access road has commenced to facilitate truck access across the golf course.

The next few months will see the bulk excavation commence and thousands of cubic meters of rock excavated, crushed and reused to reshape the future golf course.
